作为一名外贸小白,客户不回邮件,各种焦虑。由于客户太多,一个个跟进耗时耗力。这时候,你需要一份邮件跟进表,大大提升工作效率,让客户跟着你的节奏走!
刚给客户报价后一定要勤跟进。在第一个月建议能够跟进十次以上,后续就可以根据客户回复情况逐渐放缓步伐了。报价后第一件事情就是询问客户对该价格的想法、建议,并且要多问几次。大部分客户通常会在这种情况下回复邮件。小编给大家介绍一套十二步邮件模板,跟进客户一气呵成。
1. 询问客户对报价的看法

Have you kindly checked my offer? Hope it’s workable for your market! It is regretted that I haven't received any information from you. May I have your idea about our offer? We will try to satisfy you upon receipt of your reply.

6. 待客户在目录表中发现适合的产品
